Papa's Arroz Caldo
Comforting rice porridge with chicken thighs, garlic, ginger, onion, and fish sauce.
Topped with green onions, crispy chicken skin, hard boiled egg and calamansi.

Pork Adobo
Marinated pork shoulder braised until tender in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onions, and seasonings.

Our Story
Soon after meeting, we discovered that we both had a dream of owning a food truck. Our inspiration for Baboy is our love of Filipino food and making people happy with a hearty, comfort meal. Why hasn't Filipino cuisine had its well-deserved breakthrough yet? We want to change that! Come along with us as we strive to elevate Filipino food into the spotlight it has long awaited! Follow our adventure from a pop-up to a food truck to a restaurant chain.
