    Our Story

    Soon after meeting, we discovered that we both had a dream of owning a food truck. Our inspiration for Baboy is our love of Filipino food and making people happy with a hearty, comforting meal. Why hasn't Filipino cuisine had its well-deserved breakthrough yet? We want to change that! Come along with us as we strive to elevate Filipino food into the spotlight it has long awaited! Follow our adventure from a pop-up, to a food truck, to a restaurant chain.
